Performance Engineering at the Summit

Between 2014 and 2017, I had the privilege of joining Olympique Lyonnais (Women Team) as a Performance Analyst. In an environment of obsolute demand, my role was to transform raw data into a strategic competitive advantage.

The challenge was not merely to collect statistics, but to build a genuine monitoring system capable of validating or challenging on-pitch intuition through tangible, objective indicators.

My Contribution : Transforming Observation into Decision-Making

AT Lyon, I implemented a rigorous analytical methodology that redefined performance management :

Development of Bespoke Tools : Leveraging my skills in statistics ans IT to create evaluation protocols that integrated qualitative criteria (technical reliability, tactical accuracy) without subjectivity.
Comprehensive Monitoring : Establishing daily tracking covering matches, rtaining sessions, and recovery, providing a permanent « roadmap » to peak performance.
Decision Support : Creating a centralised platform for the technical staff, facilitating discussions based on measurable data to guide training cycles and matchs plans.
Continuous Self-Evaluation : By measuring player progression and their adherence to the tactical philosophy, I establish a feedback loop that allowed the staff to improve daily.
