My career path is truly distinctive, born from a single conviction : that elite football demands a level of precision that a dedicated engineering approach can provide.
After graduating from Télécom Paris in Computer Science and Statistics, I could have pursued a conventional career in the tech industry. However, my ambition lay elsewhere qualitative analysis remained subjective, I developed my own evaluation tool based on machine learning.
To fund this research and test my theories in practice, I began by building the Juvisy Academy in Essonne from the ground up. It was there, balancing the development of algorithms with the coaching of 350 young players, that my dual identity was forged.
This commitment to innovation opened the doors of PSG (Women) as early as 2009, marking the start of a 17-year journey at the summit of the game. From data analysis at Olympique Lyonnais to head management roles in China and England, I have proven that my method – a fusion of technological excellence, deep tactical insight, and a profoundly human approach to management – is a universal key to unlocking a squad’s full potential and, above all, to winning.
Football has always been a cornerstone of my family life. Ma father, Gérard Précheur, devoted his entire career to nurturing the finest talents in French football. He was one of thee primary architects behind the development of the women’s game in France.
I had the privilege of working alongside him for three seasons at Lyon as a performance analyst, followed by two season as his assistant manager.
